What I Threw Out Today

I began September 21 2010 - To record of some ephemera I had collected before disposing of them

Saturday - Five for Tuesday

Just five for each day -  Even five for each day is a lot, but I am determined - I said I would do one for each day, and so I will - gr-rr-rr (gritting my teeth, which some people might say isn't what this work/blog is supposed to be about, but Recovery has a good saying: Courage and confidence comes from doing the things we hate and fear to do. The 'fear and hate' bit is only temporary - I know this, that's why I find this 'spotting' helpful.

So here goes, 'bear the discomfort' and GET ON WITH IT. (I'm talking loud to myself, and not to you, dear kind patient reader!)
Overview of the 21 items - much too much!

So here is what is going to happen. I have discovered that on the last day I did some preparation for this blog, I processed a folder of choices dated August 26. There are 21 items in this folder, far too many to put into one posting, hence the idea of dividing it into four postings.

FIVE FOR TUESDAY 26th

Small stone, unlabelled. No idea where I picked it up from - would have had significance at the time, but memory faded without the support of a note! Now has a new home in my garden where stones play an important part as a mulch for my fuchsias.
Hopefully these are the last of the items from the Squaring the Circle performance 2012.

The basket of paper scraps comes from a workshop with a group of people, who work on a regular basis with one of the artists.
This basket also solves the mystery of where those small scraps of paper in previous postings came from.

Argos catalogue, and yet another of those scraps of paper.
All now in WITOT box

Well, that wasn't so difficult. One day done, three more to do.
