AFTER VISIT TO RDS

Actually, the visit to the RDS is totally unrelated to the items in the image, but I just thought it would be nice to mention it. Anyway, at some future date, a serviette will be appearing in one of these images that will record the snack Tony and I had in the Inspire cafe there today.
ITEMS FOR WEDNESDAY October 13 2010
BOX
Once contained a small convex mirror which some day I will use to create some kind of reflective image.
FLYER 1
Advertizing Mozart Operas which took place in the Helix in springtime (how I wish people would put the year on the documents they produce.) The fact that the flyer was with the programme below creates a possibility that the date would be 2008.
PROGRAMME
This Good Friday Concert in St Patrick's Cathedral in 2008 was a fundraiser for Carmichael Centre for Voluntary Groups where I worked in around 1994.
PAPERBAG
I have no idea what was wrapped in this paper bag, but whatever it was, I probably bought it while waiting form my bus at the stop outside the bank, across the road from the Olympia Theatre in Dame Street in Dublin.
RECEIPT
Whatever I bought in the stationary section of the 2 Euro shop in February 2008 could be anything. I often dashed into this shop before going to college in NCAD.
BOOKMARK
I've listed this as a book-mark, but in fact I remember now that it was from a packet of markers I once bought. They were black, blue, and red, and only a few of them wrote.
FLYER 2
This flyer invites me to change to Smart Telecom, and make savings. Actually, they went out of business not too long afterwards. Anyway, I started with Vodafone back in 2002, before we set out on our world tour, andI've stuck with them since then. Yes I know, the idea of customer loyalty is old-fashioned these days, but its a value I keep, even though I suspect I get little benefit from it.
TIMETABLE
I think Tony may have given me this timetable for the service that goes to Cork City Airport. It is valid for summer 2007. That is the year I invigilated in Venice at the Irish Pavilion of the Biennalle.
CALENDAR
I think this could be Tony's calendar, rather than mine. Maybe he had to vary the time at which he took the tablets, or perhaps this just represents a WEEK rather than the usual month.
DIRECTIONS
This set of directions was for me to get an idea of the distance if I walked home from college when I began practising to walk the Camino in 2008. The blog can be seen here
INSTRUCTIONS
We bought these wooden stools in Argos and this is how they were assembled. They were great value, but when we tried this year to get another one, they are no longer stocked. They were a pleasure to assemble, due in no small part to the clear instructions on this sheet.
