This is also about the medical card (interestingly, I haven't yet been issued with a new medical card, but I do have a letter saying that I am getting one. I take this letter to the hospital and to the doctor whenever I visit them.

BISCUITS BOX AND WRAPPER
I'm not sure whether I bought these biscuits in New York, or in Berlin. Either ways, what I do remember is that they were delicious, and that the layer of (real) chocolate was particularly thick.
