MIDNIGHT RETURN

Thought I was never going to get back to doing the blog, and more important, to the 'throwing out' of the ephemera.
This image is technically less than perfect - I have to confess to not using the tripod. but here it is anyway.

CANDLE SCULPTURES
I left three candles on the windowledge of my work-room (for months, or maybe years) This window gets the full evening sun, and over time the heat through the double glazing 'sculpted' the wax of the candles, causing them to assume these interesting shapes.
BLUE NOTE
This note was written in March 2010 and refers to the dollars I bought for my trip to New York with NCAD. That was the trip that I had the unforgettable experience of sitting with Marina Abramovic during here performance "The Artist is Present'.
PINK LABEL
The small pink label with the safety pin is a dry-cleaning tag from my dark navy cardigan with the shiny brass buttons.
WHITE LIST
This is the travel paln that Tony made out for our proposed visit to our priest friend in Dungiven. However, nature intervened with massive snowfall, so we had to cancel all the plans.
