More snow means delights of staying home so that I don't slip and fall. So there are advantages to becoming older. Still, I did go out during the day and sweep our own path, but then the snow came and covered it even deeper than it was. A losing game.
The colours in this are a lot brighter in reality - wonder why occasionally they scan less brilliantly?
HANDOUT
The handout must be something the Mormons left on one of their visits years ago. I always found them very sincere people to deal with, and had no problem talking religion to them since they were delighted to begin with an Our Father.
POSTER
Picked this up in NCAD or maybe in the RDS. It is a call for entries for prizes under various categories into which I didn't fit. Anyway, at the time I was in the midst of my Degree Show, so hadn't the energy to divide my attention.
NOTE
This note records my efforts to calculate the calorific values of the food I normally eat. I put on half a stone the Christmas before last, and recently, almost another half a stone, so I am currently eating strictly to get it off again. Problem is the changes in metabolism as years advance. Less active older people move less and move more slowly, so need less calories. I'm eating every two and a half hours to convince my stomach that there isn't a famine.
