Relatively recent items from this year and last.
DIRECTIONS
Neomercazole is the medication I take for the thyroid problem which has something to do with a tiny part of my brain not knowing the true state of my thyroid levels and either switching off or not switching off the 'tap' in appropriately. Doctors think this may or may not have to do with my inability to store Vitamin B12 which in turn they think is/may be responsible for my right foot not knowing quite where it is in space, and so causing me to trip because I think it is higher off the ground than it is. Interesting, isn't it?
The yellow note tells the name of the suggested cleaner for our new shower cabiner. Actually, later in the conversation, the dealer admitted that ordinary washing-up liquid would work just as well. In fact, I have taken to using shampoo as I was already using this on the bathroom mirror to reduce it fogging up with condensation.
STICKERS
These are from a mini-DV tape, as used in the big CANON XH A1s camcorder which doesn't get half enough use!
NOTE 2
The blue note gives the name of a book that was recommended to me when I was doing my thesis. I know I did look at it, but I don't think I ever read it. Maybe I will get around to it someday.
NOTE 3
The long note is a list of tasks I set for myself. Not sure whose the phone number is.
NAPKIN
No idea where the lovely spotted napkin came from. It is folded to form an 'envelope' and has my name in pencil on it, so maybe someone gave me a little gift wrapped in it.
TWIG
Don't know where this twig came from either, but I like the little row of 'cups' along the stem. I probably picked it up somewhere I was walking - a fairly rare occurrence that I would go walking.
WRAPPER
I have a very vague memory that this was a chocolate that my husband was served with a cup of coffee latte. Whether he gave me the chocolate, or just the wrapper, I'm not quite sure.
LEAFLET
This leaflet about World Youth Day is still current. I got it as I thought my granddaughter might be able to go with this group. However, they have a lower age limit of eighteen and she hasn't reached that yet. Of course, it is also possible that she might not be interested in going - I wanted to get the information first before I asked her.
