Today is simple and straightforward, no complications - just take the items, make the photos, decide on the choices, reduce them and post to the blog!
This collection surfaced during the work I am doing with my helper on sorting out the workroom and recording what is in all those boxes.Over 30 pens, all dried up. Wonder will they just be trashed, or will the re-cyclers go to the trouble of removing the dried-up wicks ....
This is the plastic bag which housed some of the pens. It came from a whole set of bed-linen I bought for a surprise for my husband, one time when he was in hospital.
Another plastic bag used as storage - though not one of the 30 pens is a ball-point!
The scraps of paper on which we tested the pens before discarding them. As can be seen, a few were salvageable - wonder will they ever be used ...
The perished elastic band which enclosed the pens - I really like the way the top part is clear of the surface and make a shadow!
As for this pen-top, wherever the pen it once protected is now, I'd say, it's well dried up.
Hurray! For once, every item pictured has been thrown out!
