NEARLY Thrown out, but not yet

This image shows me hard at work a couple of evenings ago.
You can see the sticks thqt were left over from the last shredding session, and I am about to cut them into managable lengths, using the big CHOP SAW that I feel scared even to go near.
But I faced the fear - you can see what a monster it is inside the gazebo to my right, - and I did learn how to use it.
I had planned to give the sticks to my daughter for her fire, but she hasn't even used the last lot I gave her, so I will have to find someone else with an open fire to take them off my hands. Meantime, they are drying safely in the garden shed, so when I eventually throw them out they will make nice kindling for someone. So mentally, I have disengaged myself from them, its just that they still physically occupy space. Ah well, its just a matter of time!
