This lot, being recent, might be categorized more as 'filing' or strictly as tidying away. Not all are thrown out, but by recording them in this blog, and especially where I put them if I kept them, I might just reduce my mental confusion by a 'smidgen'
They date from late Aug-early Sept 2014
When I was in town buying all that underwear (see yesterday's blog), Tony texted me and asked me to collect the Irish Catholic newspaper which he had ordered in Veritas. This is the bag it came in. I will put it with the long green cloth store of clean plastic bags that hangs to the left of the kitchen door in the hall.
I used to work in Veritas in the early 1990's, though mostly in their branch in Stillorgan which has now closed down.
On the same shopping spree, I went to two exhibitions in the Lab Gallery (part of Heritage Week). The Supernature one was fascinating. I read that book years ago.
The other I can scarcely remember, other than that it was upstairs, and for me a bit spooky going up empty staircases in the back of the building. filed with Art leaflets.
These leaflets remain after the day-trip we took to Inis Oirr as part of our gardener's holiday in Clare.
Gone to WITOT box
Directions to the place in Miltown Malbay where I collected the two cardigans I had ordered. Proceeds of these cardigans go directly to the Missions as they are knit by volunteers.
Filed with handwritten notes

Newsletter from Borris in Ossory Church where I went to Mass the weekend I stayed with Hazel as the finale of the holiday.
Filed in 'religious related'.
Am thinking that sometimes, I keep more than I throw out. Still, if the chaos reduces, that's something.
In the course of a recent family conversation, someone suggested that I need to move the stuff in the storage boxes every year or two, in order to prevent 'live-stock' from taking up residence.
So that is now in the back of my mind, but not to be even thought of until all the 'chaos boxes' have been dealt with - .... how old was the oldest woman who ever lived, and more importantly, to what age was she functional?
