NOT Fully BACK YET!

Ta an cupla focail [the couple of words] immithe [are gone]
Just took a mad notion in the middle of my CREATE PROJECT which will be exhibited at THE LAB, Foley Street, off Talbot street on April 21 opening, and continuing to April 30.

This collection of ephemera (not the exhibition, but this page!) are mostly very current 2011 items.

Turquoise strip
This is from this morning. I saved it from the box off my Vitamin B12 injections when I applied for a new prescription. I asked for only 4 injections as they will be lasting over a year, and I do not want to have to pay for an out-of-date one that I cannot use. Yes, I am over 70 and I do have a medical card, but apparently due to cut-backs, certain items are not covered. We didn't get a notification, just found out at the chemist. Institutional disrespect is a very uncomfortable attitude from this receivers point of view.
Packing card
This is off the 6 to 6 pin firewire cable that I had to buy when I left the one I normally used in Clodagh's. Later, I didcovered that I actually had a spare cable. Really, I will have to do something about the clutter in my life.
Ad Card 1
This was handed to me in the street. Hope springs eternal in the human breast. The only care my hair gets is regular shampoo, and cutting by my friend.
Note 1
The zips were for the pockets of my red winter jacket that Jean gave me in 2003. I sewed them in by hand, and now I just have to remember to fasten them to be sure not to lose anything.
The celery was for me to nibble while reading and watching TV (often at the same time). the idea is to cut down on the amount of chocolate I consume.
Note 2
No date on this, but it's ages since my account was this healthy.
Receipt
this is a new idea at the public library. They give you a receipt for the books you return. These books were from the children's library where I was exploring ideas for the CCTV camers rig and how it might be motorized.

Now this care, which I was also handed in the street, at least has some relevance, though only some, since the evidence is there - no dye, and hopefully spotless clean. Don't need an ad to remind me to do what I am already doing - though they might not think I am since I am not buying any of their services.
Receipt
This Euromillions ticket was an impulse buy - it cost me three Euros, and I didn't win anything. Which means that I contributed to someone else's good fortune. Not sure how I feel about this.
Ad Card 3
Even looking again at this card, I am wondering at the lack of awareness of the person who handed it to me. Did I really look like a potential customer? But then, I do rather like Reggae music, it is an early evening venue, I could pass the card on to someone else .... still, I hope they weren't looking at my hair and thinking I match the image on their card.

There - no idea when I will get around to making a further entry to this blog. That is, at least until the exhibition ends on April 30
